At Digi Extn LLC, we value client satisfaction and transparency.
This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for our digital marketing services.

Service Nature

All services provided by Digi Extn LLC—such as campaign management, design, setup, and consultation—are customized and non-tangible. Hence, once work has begun, refunds cannot be guaranteed.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only if:

1. No work has started after payment within 7 business days.
2. There is a duplicate payment error.
3. The service delivered does not match the agreed scope outlined in the invoice or contract.

Non-Refundable Items

• Completed marketing campaigns
• Ad budget spent on Google or Meta platforms
• Strategy sessions and consultation fees

Process

All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@digiextn.com.
Requests will be reviewed within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Cancellation

Clients may cancel future services by providing 7-day written notice. Cancellations after project commencement are not eligible for refunds but may qualify for credit adjustment toward future projects.
