Intellectual Property

All designs, ad creatives, strategies, and content produced by Digi Extn LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Clients receive usage rights only after completing payment obligations.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy and effectiveness, Digi Extn LLC is not liable for indirect losses, delays, or third-party platform restrictions (including Meta, Google, or WhatsApp API policies).
